          Congratulations on 30 days...........It's a great feeling, isn't it?
          I had mine a few days ago and am still smiling

          Feeling better physically & thinking clearer mentally are both wonderful things but the emotional changes are the best! Seeing your old calm, confident self return is truly amazing. It's more than I could have hoped for, honestly. I'll bet you are feeling the same way.

            the emotional changes especially are the ones I would love to attain - fed up of being hungover, miserable old me ... and i too am going to aim for a bit of happy vibrancy in my life ... have a lovely, lively vibrant day!!! lots of good will winging its way to you from Scotland !!!

                  Hey!
                  I'm on my sister's computer...wasn't going to log in but just had to tell Dill....CONGRATS on 30 DAYS!!!!!!:yay::yay: You ROCK!!! (My son's new favorite expression).
                  We're going to go do some shopping today...should be fun...baptism is tomorrow!!! It's great to be around family...my parents are here too!!!

                    I'm very sad to report I'm back to day 1 again... Yesterday was day 20 for me, and, a bottle of wine later (last night), I'm back to day 1. Ugh. Big ugh. Felt tired, cranky, headachey all day. I'm so glad I don't normally have these feelings anymore. I was so stupid!! Hope everyone wakes up clear-headed tomorrow.
