Hi everyone
Well the weather here has got worse, my front fence has just been ripped out of the wall but no major damage, the wind is wild at the moment!!! I think KTAB you have my weather now and I want it back and pretty soon!! I hate the cold, give my sun anyday!!!
Macca - ignore the fellas here, give me some more gosip on the new man, Would you like it to be more than just friends? if so YOU GO FOR IT GIRL!!! you have to grab the good one's while you can as there are not alot of them left.
Sorry KTAb & Blu I am sure you two are one of the good guys!!! I love you both really, I just love winding you both up!!!
Macca & KTAB well done on Day 11 A/F and lets keep it up - remember NO BOOZE over the weekend
KTAB - wow you sound like you live in a lovely area - a deer gosh, that must of been exciting! I had to laugh though as I had this vision in my head with you chasing after your dog which was chasing after the deer with a great big stick in his mouth.
Blu - what are your plans for the weekend are you going to go A/F? if so you know you can rely on us to give you support.
Stashia - If we can get this far, im sure you could, how many A/F days are you now, that question goes to Blu as well.
Well Gang I am now on 12 Days A/F and I really did'nt think I could do this, I think we should give each other a big pat on the back as well as a group hug :groupluv:

As regards small rewards I know exactly what you mean, for me its nice to see the world through eyes that aint bloodshot and fuzzy.

Ronnie: I am blessed to live in a beautiful area nestled between the sea and the mountains, prob about two miles from each so its great when I need to get out , get some fresh air and clear my head. You must be getting the sun back from us today as its raining again. No wonder Ireland is so green. But I kinda like the rain too. There is a saying here 'if you dont like the weather wait ten mins it will change'

Macca, Mica, Stashia, Miss blossom how you guys doing today, good I hope? Sorry if I missed anyone out, the old memory aint what it used to be

The weekend is nearly upon us and for me it is always way harder but I am determined to make it AF. Last weekend was the first one in over ten years so heres hoping. I will pop into the weekend thread as it seems a good idea for me.
As I am new here can I ask is there a protocol for posting on different threads say progressing up a ladder of is it ok just to dip in and out as you feel the need or have something to contribute?

KTAB 12 DAYS IS FAB WELL DONE!! I did wednesday to wednesday when i first joined in a couple weeks ago AF but on and off since but day 2 today trying again. im from ireland originaly and am of to achill island and west point in june. Tanks K i went there last summer while visiting my family in ireland im into photography and got some great shots round the alantic drive of old men stacking their peat and on the beach in the evening watching dolphins leaping in the sea think they were dolphins anyway!And the craic in westpoint or is it westport was ninty. A very soulful place to be

Its Westport. The craic can be way too good in the pubs here, too much temptation and too hard to extricate oneself so I am keeping well away from them for now. My wife is big time into her photography too, can make for some very long drives/walks in a place like Achill when we are stopping every two mins for a picture but its a rewarding hobby. Very soulful alright, standing looking out at the atlantic, next stop USA, sea breeze in your face, salt air in your nostrels. Always makes me realise how small we all are in the scale of things. Enjoy you trip its nice to have something good to look forward to.

sorry that last post short wrote one out yesterday and it wouldn't post so had to write the whole dam thing again lol.

Stashia- welcome, i too find so many people an insperation on here and i love coming on here, every day and chat evening, it has helped me so much. x

KTAB-The walk sounded like fun, would have loved to have seen it, bet you were bricking it for your dog and cursing him when you had to look for him lol. Well done af for 12 days!!!, i too have always drank at weekends since i can remember so last weekend was my first sober one, so weekend no two lets keep it up x

Bluzgtar- thanks blu, you are right the small rewards are great and what i missed before because i was drunk or hung over, not anymore lol day 12 af and counting x

Ronnie- don't know if i want it to be anymore than friends, not yet anyway, but would defenatly like to see him again, (forgotten how to do all that stuff anyway lmao), bowling next date i think, he keeps texting so i must have done something wright, i will keep you up to date of this new friendship, will it bloosom or wil it sink who knows as long as i have fun.
defenatly staying off the drink, my friend bought me a bottle of wine for my birthday and it was calling me last night , but stayed well away and went to bed, think i will put it in my prezzie box and give it to someone else for there birthday. thanks for all your support we are all doing so great, good team here.xxxx

well another sunny day lots to do i hope i do not get the urges i did yesterday, i was such a grumpy snappy cow, my poor kids!!! lol.

i am on holiday tomo till fri will read posts in the morning, what am i going to do with out having you guys at my finger tips !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!?.

take you all with me in my head i guess! wish i had a lap top now lol. maybe buy some alcohol free wine maybe that will trick the brain a bit what do you think ? or is that wishful thinking lol.

Ronnie you bought a tear to my eyes, i feel the same you are all amazing, we are so supportive of each other and i have learnt so much over the two weeks, and getting to know you all, new friendships are building. love you all . oh that guy called me yesterday hasn't stopped texting lol
