hello and welcome taptex, well done on the five days af it does get better and you can see so much more inprovement, hair, nails and best of all mood lol, i just need to get out of holiday mode. x

well done everyone else and ronnie you have put me to shame, did a big shop today and bought all the fruit juices and fruit money can buy plus spoilt myself with fav food prawns and salmon, just need the steak. this is the bit i hate 14 days af then hols (although was sensable) have to start over again aiming for twenty days and with your great support i will do it xxd.

stashia the romance is still going although a little one sided he is very full on but a very nice man, i'm not ready for the full on stuff we have only been on one date and in the process of devorce, i will be honest with him and see what happens, i am little scared but hope a great friendship will develope lol.

sounds sad but it was nice to read posts and be missed lmao as i did miss chatting to you all xxx

KTAB you are right i will get back on track, had a great time, it wasn't long enough but a taster for next year (sorry for any spelling mistakes, not the best speller)

Hope you are all ok, its Monday night here now and it was a holiday over here today, I have been round some friends house for a bbq and it was nice.

hi everyone day 2 for af day, hate the fact i have had to start again when i got to fourteen days af, will not feel better until i get to that next fourteen and then further lol.

Hi Macca, no point in beating yourself up over a small slip, it happens to the best. Well done, you got right back up and tried again.
On the bright side hopefully it will be easier to get past the first week, with all the toxins already banished from your 14 day stint.

Well it is Tuesday afternoon here and the sun has finally come out which is nice.
Macca you done really well getting back on the wagon, you should be really proud of yourself just for doing that. I know that I am proud of you.

Hi ronnie Ktab Macca Mica Taptex glad you are all doing well!! not sure what thread we are using at min. Ronnie we were supposed to be going to ireland but we have a wedding there later on so weve decided to go to scotland instead on the 13th day 5 now and still feeling good so far.
