My update....

update...

rang and rang the the Hotel, housekeeping have not found my keys. Trying to function with a dreadful hangover is not good. To get it straight, i booked a room at the Hotel because i wanted some peace away from home, call it a treat. I messed up. The very good news is, ive a great friend who has been to see me, she called the hotel and asked for the manager, I should have done that. My keys were in reception, she drove there and has now delivered my keys to me. What a great friend.

Ive another friend, who ive not spoken to in ages, in my dilema of loseing the keys i called her, and she was so kind to me. She even apologised to me for not being there for me when i let myself down.
Thats a friend.

Very happy it worked out. We all have terrible nights we wish we could erase away. The real thing is that we learn from them and not repeat. I so can relate to your story too.
