Me too, your articles and posts are so wise. But, I keep falling off of it, and no comprehension of it except your articles explain the physiological part which I guess the wine must have kicked off like an accelerant. Like lighter fluid on charcoal, or something. I was doing pretty well, then had ONE (count 'em ONE) glass of wine and it was off to the races within 48 hours. I have finally dragged myself back out of the deep end of the pool, but it's taken months, and I definitely know I'm not safe.Comment
