    Hi all,

    I am just curious where everyone's posting name comes from. You are all so creative. I would love to hear the story behind the names. I will go first:

    Evergreen: My eyes are green and it is my favorite color.
    Also, Green for me is the color of spring, hope, new beginnings and rebirth.

    (I once heard that the Secret Service's codename for Hilary Clinton was Evergreen when she was First Lady. I picked this posting name long before that! Maybe I inspired her LOL!!!!:H)

    If i was scottish it wud probably hav been 'AnnieMacSwiggin':H

    (I'm cutting myself up here,i was definatley meant for the stage)oj

    Oh evergreen,i was also the inspiration to a well known radio one dj

    Fancy stealing my name,she's really pretty,people mix us up all the time...

        I'm Linda from Dublin Ireland. I got pale skin blues eyes shoulder lenth dark brown reddish hair i'm a wee ting of 5ft tall and weigh bout 57 kg. lol I'm Linda an i'm an alcoholic.

            When I found this site, I was..and still am somedays, at the end up my rope with my drinking. I said to myself " I am SOoooooo OVER IT!!!!" And still am! LOL.
            I LOVE MY SEROTONIN AND BOOZE SCREWS IT UP!!!!!

                  Hi Ever . . .

                  Polaryzed popped into my head because it was really snowing that day & I hadn't seen this much snow for years. In addition, we always said we would move Up North and now we live 2 hours from the city. The Y in Polaryzed just to be creative.

                  In the event you want to see other peoples, who have not posted to this thread go to Search and key in Screen Names and you will see a thread by RubyWillow. It's kinda neat to see that perspective of the people here.

                    No brainer for me. Before me and grapes of wrath broke up, my friends would order me a glass of shiraz once they saw me pull up....that WAS me, a cigarette in one hand and a glass of shiraz in the other (I thought it looked classy, now I know it looked trashy!)

                      An eagle represents freedom, grace and the Spirit world. Pull an " Eagle" card from the animal pack of cards and it represents " Spirit"..... a Free Spirit, thats who I am...

                          What a great thread!

                          I love reading about all your names. I still think that folks like us are about as creative as they come. It comes with the territory, I believe.

                          I knew that you and I were similar, ChoppersMom... Mica was the name of my best furry friend, a lovely huge Chesapeake Bay retriever. He has been waiting for me on the otherside for about three years, now, but he is still my guy. Can't think of getting another dog yet. My husband used to say that in Mica's eyes, I was the whole world, and he (my husband) was just around for comedy relief.

                            Mica ~ sorry about the loss of your dear Mica. He sounds like he was a lot of fun!! It would take me forever to get a new dog once Chopper and his brother are gone. I am much closer to Chopper. My BF tells me I am turning him into a girly dog :H
