thanks starlet, it was not nice as everyone knows lol. well lots to do again today car washing packing for hols finish the garden lots of washing to do so plenty to stop me from drinking. i hope i don't have the cravings again today yesterday was the first real cravings, gosh it could be so easy to give in, you guys are a tremendous support i never would get to where i am now without you. don't know what i will do on my hols, just think of you all i guess and remember the kind words and support you have given to me x check in later.

Hi all and glad to see everyone is doing great! Took my daughter for a driving lesson last night as she said her instructer said she was doing very well!! i tell you i got out of the car shaking and first thought was to have a drink but resisted so 3 days af for me now xx

Hi Everyone, Good to hear you are all doing so well.Lets stick together and beat this monster.I am convinced now that Campral has helped me. I am on day 8 and the cravings have not been to bad.I am a W/E binger. Next W/E will be a BIG test for me with a wine and food function to go. Keep it up johnno well done!! KTAB i dont support a particular team but it was the end of season game and everyone was playing. i had a glass of coke and a meal. But when i came back from driving lesson with daughter i have to fess i poured a glass of wine and wait for it . . it didnt taste good or maybe that was my concions after 1 mouthfull i tipped it down sink:thumbs:

K the last time i drank in a pub was last new years eve i have vague flashes of the evening so i dont know how bad i was next day went to pick my car up my scarf was hanging on somones hedge (coulda bin worse) So i vowed not to drink in public again. i was just reading a thread on foods for liver yesterday everyone was discusing getting dandylions from the garden it cracked me up so funny read it :H Great job wknders :yay:

KTAB - its monday night for me now and I am in my PJ's getting ready to curl up on the sofa and watch telly for the night, but I had a couple of urges today but not bad ones, I always do get them when I do my housework its a trigger for me. I hope you are all doing OK and I hope you have a great Monday

Stashia I have found myself in a hegde, never mind my scarf. Mmmm dandylions, sound yummy stir fried with lots of garlic and chilli.
Ronnie top marks for keeping on the straight and narrow, we are rooting for you. Do you take L-glut? I find it great when I think the urges are starting to rear their ugly heads. Maybe try taking one before the housework commences.
