A whole new week ahead. For many, the last week of school for the kids, and the season for Kindergarten, elementary and middle school graduations. My niece has an 8th grade "celebration" on Tuesday and will be attending a new school with different classmates in the fall. Our forecast is sun sun sun all week which is pretty amazing for Portland Oregon in the land of rain. How can it get any better?

I wanted to mention to you that your posts about withdrawal and the effects on the body sugar cravings etc are very helpful. I am starting again today. I need to search through your posts for beacons, maps and general information about the first week.

Today is day 9 for me. I jumped in the "Let's do 30 day AF thread" but I really, really try to do one day at a time. Best to not let my mind get too far ahead!

I said my rabbits, science or not. Thank you Boss for keeping this ODAT thread going. While counting days and setting longer term goals fortunately seems to help and energize many other people a lot, at this point I have not found a way to use it to foster the experience I seek without alcohol in the context my obsessive character. This one day life is good for me. I wanted to let you know that I have now also developed a love of cold filtered water with a lightly astringent splash of pure pomegranate juice.
