Go...3 days! I am not too far ahead of that and Day three was killer for me. How are you feeling? I am a newbie too but I have found so much support on this site I made it all the way to Day 7 today (somehow!)

Hey there to all those who responded to my post,
Thank you so much for your interest and for all the things you said to help me keep going.
I got through last night and I'm on to 4 days. Now I know where the" one day at a time" came from!!
I'm still learning how to use this web site, so please bear with me. I am so touched that you all
responded to me. Again, it really really helps! To all of you sent a hug I send one back to you!!
