Yes "one day at a time" (ODAT) it certainly is!
:goodjob: For getting through it took me an enormous amount of times to get past 3 days - that was always my hurdle because by then I was feeling better and thought that I "deserved" a drink
What an idiot!
Still go there sometimes though, but now know I can pull myself out of it if I really try.
