      Hi K, Day 5? thats amazing!!
      Just imagine how you will feel in ANOTHER 5 days. Its brilliant to hear you are learning to cope with stressful situations too, without turning to a bottle.
      I am not sure of the difference between the terms you mention.
      For me, I just know that I was out of control and desperately unhappy drinking the way I did and I was out of control. The label didnt really matter.
