today i went to my doctor to get my topo increased (i'm already on the med 200mg a day for migraines). she was great. told her i had a drinking problem and about the program and she increased my dose dose to 300. now i'm waiting on my CDs to come my way. this afternoon i 'm going to go ahead and get my supplements. i started yoga yesterday with the teens i work with. they are so great. they actually help me. they don't know of course about my boozing, just i used to be a pothead. strange how that was alot easier to kick. well wish me well guys. and i'll be praying for all of you out there.
