    ODAT - Monday

    Yesterday was the longest day. From here on in the days get shorter, which is a depressing thought but it is also the start of a renewed, intense effort on my part to stay alcohol free. I can think of 101 reasons why I should give alcohol up and none at all as to why I should take another drink. NONE. So today I'm giving Al 'the bird' :finger::finger:

    I will take it one day at a time. I will take many of you as inspiration. Uni, I will be 10 days (I think?) behind you so need you to keep on stringing the days together - no pressure! :H:H

              Hi guys! Scrubbly - congrats! that is amazing.

              I am on day 11 - and it's my birthday today! 35.....I now understand the 35 and holding comment as I have decided this is my last birthday! LOL

              I will not drink today - busy day at work and then going home to do some more renos and a nice dinner with BF and daughter. I have some AF wine if I decide that I want to have a glass of wine with my dinner so all the tools are in place to get to day 12.

              Hope everyone has a great day!
