Hello, AL, my old friend.
I was feeling so good this morning, because even though you're still a part of me and my life, I beat you last night when you tried to ruin my plan. But as the day wore on, I started getting anxious and became scared of you, because it's almost weekend, and we both know I like to make you my very best and only friend over weekends.
Then I had a good think about it and decided: screw you, AL. You can kiss my ass!
You see: I have weapons against you now. You have reason to be afraid, very afraid. Little by little, I will overcome you and win the war, not just a battle here and there.
In my arsenal, I have:
1. MWO and its members
2. My goals and daily plan
3. Growing inner strength
4. Growing self-awareness
5. Supps to make my body stronger as well
6. Positive outcomes to look forward to, not just more of the same
7. The knowledge that I'm not alone - others are going to beat you into submission as well.
So there you have it - your voice might be insistent, your allure almost impossible to resist BUT you know what? EAT MY SHORTS!!! (With apologies to Bart Simpson)
