AF Monday - AGAIN!

Hi all,
Well, I did 3 AF Mondays last month. Not last week; not sure why I fell off the wagon. I jumped back on Tuesday and had a couple of good days.

Anyway, I am back to committing to AF Monday. Who is in? I really felt good those days last week, and am ready to feel good again. It is starting to feel a little bit easier.

BTW, this thread is about ONE DAY. Monday. If you're scared of forever, this is the thread for you.

i find it really daunting not ever having a drink for the rest of my life,my gp and counsellier say im all or nothing,in honesty id love to be its just that horrible feeling of having to deal with it for the rest of your life.

Trying not to start the week off on a negitive vibe as it only make me feel bad and in turn leads to a reason to drink:argh:

I have already told hubby that today is AF for me. Why I am discussing my evening drinking habits at 8 AM is anyone's guess. But it's out there now so will hold to that. Gotta run to work for now, but catch you all later and we'll have a great AF day.

Sharky, weekend days, especially Sundays for some reason, are hard for me too. Really stupid when I have to work on Monday morning. Hope everyone is having a good Monday so far.
