    My 2 year old loves Pooh and Tigger. I am sure when he's in here with me "checking computer" he will see it and smile. Good job on the modding.

        Tip,
        I think I used to just do mindless drinking. If the wine was free flowing I flowed with it and kept on and on. Unfortunately I can't handle too many and there was always a point where that next sip put me over the edge. I'd be fine one moment and slurring the next!

        What a difference in my life with learning to moderate and thoroughly enjoying one or two. Caution though to others reading this as not everyone can mod and if you're doing great AF it's best to stay that way.

        Congrats Tip. I bet you really liked how you felt the next day too!

          Good morning, All

          The weather in Cape Town is fantastic today - it feels wrong to be at work!

          Thank you all so much for your messages of support - it really keeps me motivated! :thanks:

          Last night went well. I took 6000mg of L-glut when I got home, and then left for the airport to collect my mom. Arrived home at around 8.00. I only did 2 shots of vodka + 2x red, so the tapering is coming along nicely. Felt great waking up this morning.

          The only "not so nice" thing is all the supps in the morning... yuck, but it's definitely helping me, so I'll stick with it.

          I'm really hoping that my baclofen will arrive by this weekend, so that I can set my sights on experiencing being AF!!!

          Strength to all those who need it - hang in there, we can do it.
