Nice to get my first message here. Hope you are well. Am originally from Galway - Been in London 18 years. Trying to do 30 days abstinence before I go back to Ireland to see my family ( Haven.t been home in nearly 4 years) Was drinking far 2 much (50 to 70 units per week) Feeling really good on day 5 and am keeping busy at work.

Hello Celic2009 and welcome. Firstly well done on Day 5 AF and secondly on finding us here. This is a great place, one where you will get non-judgemental support, help and advice. May I suggest that you download the MWO book and read it, it was a great help to me in putting together a plan of action which is working really well.
