waking up sober for the 7th day in row feels so great, I have actually been able to get up every morning & have a good healthy breakfast, not a couple of pieces of toast or a musli bar at 11am when my stomach/hangover finally allowed me to, I was in a bad place, drinking 1-1&1/2 bottles of wine every other day, but have made it to day 7 & looking forward to many more!!!
