Hey Avera - saw you this morning on the Q!!
I'm on same path as you... so I can Relate. Might as well kill both beasts at once.
Plus, since I'm Pretty sure that if I drank, I'd zoom to store for smokes... that helps me not drink --- added benefit.

Great going Avera and Savon!!
I quit smoking for 3 years with the Q but my drinking escalated during that time. I'm back on day 1 AF and will quit the smokes a month from now.
