Well restart at day 4 !
Feel OK I guess.
Trying to stay focused.
Just talked to my (ex)wife and for the first time in along time it felt good !!!!
I still just can't admit that she is my (ex) !!!!
I still love her !!
This is the first day in months that I have not cried over her !!
Told her what I am trying to do again and about my new found (hopefully) focus.
There was a "softness" in her voice that had not been there for awhile.

Still working on it, keep praying for me (I am for everyone here) !!!

I bumped the thread but it looks like Flip may have dropped out for awhile, and she made the map for everyone to see.

Well so far so good !
But going bowling with group from work (haven't done anything like that in years!) and this will be a real test!!

But I need to get out of the house, I'm realizing that being here a big "trigger" for me.
All of OUR stuff is still in place.
Like everything could just pickup from where it was and take off again!!!

Well enough about that crap!!
I do really feel better though.

Day 7 I guess or really day 4.
I had 3 day's totally clean and slipped.
Beat myself up my pretty bad but I am getting better with all of your support helping me through all of this !!!!

I did that, three days then a bad day, really beat myself up but got back to it as you have done and now I am on day 23, so you can do it.

Try not to beat yourself up, see how well you are doing instead, no one says this is easy, it takes a great deal of character to overcome this and you should be proud of that.

Bob slips happen but hopefully they become less frequent and the AF days being to mount up. Dont beat yourself up over this, it serves no useful purpose. Just jump back onboard there are lots of us here to help you up. And yes you can beat this.
