Sorry,dude, guess I just wanted you to know that we are all on this rollercoaster!
I have good days & then one bad!
My reasons are diverse! But needless to say, their mine and mine alone!
Can I just say Bob,learn from me and don't take the negativity of others on board-whether they are your loved ones or others,cause it is enough to interrupt the 'evenflow'!
