Hi
Welcome and congratulations on day 4! That's terrific. The worst of the physical stuff is behind you. I feel a little better and a little stronger each day, and I hope you do to. I too "lurked" on and off for awhile. Hi
Welcome Openheart and congrats on 4 af days. It got a lot easier for me as far as withdrawals after the first 4 days. Hang in there and keep reading and posting.AF since 7/26/2009

Hi
Thank you for the encouragement Starting Over, Zeppie2, Sunbird, Mario, Gold, Popeye, Opal, darkie, Mstall, My New Beginning, Dreamweaver, Greeneyes, Lavande, and lilmea. I feel like this connection is what I have been missing in my struggle with my negative choices. Trying to do it alone has not worked out so well. And loved ones mean well, but due to my nature, their intentions push me in the opposite direction. Since I have found this site and all of the diverse and caring posts, I have become more emotional and raw in my heart than I have felt in ages. Thus the name openheart. Thanks for making it safe. I'll jump on over to the "nest"."Tell me, what do you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" Mary Oliver
