Starting again
Hi trail - good job on the 8 days - I'm on 8 days today (AGAIN) made it 90 days then tried to moderate and went straight back to my wicked old ways.
find a really special non al drink that you can use as a reward, for me it's ice-cream sodas (we call them spiders) or iced coffee which I have at the end of the day and really look forward to it.
