    Just wanted to come out of 'lurker' zone

    Hi,

    I stumbled upon this site a few months ago now and joined and posted in the Family Members Affected by Alcohol section but have lurked since. I am a moderate, improved drinker these days but haven't as yet tackled abstinence or proper sustained moderation. My story I suppose stems from my ex's alcohol abuse and my codependence. I won't repeat this here as it is in the original post on that section.

    I just want to come out of lurker mode and become a part of your wonderful supportive community. I applaud every one of you from what I have read over tha last few weeks and months and admire you beyond words for your strength and support for others.:heart::good:

    I hope to get to know you all better!

    Well, as you know the inspiration to help any changes is here along with lots of support.
    So I hope it helps you to meet your goals as well.

        Hello Celtic Woman and welcome. There is help at MWO for everyone, whatever they decided to do about their drinking. I hope you achieve your goal and as you already know there is tremendious support here.
