    Just so everyone knows and SOMEONE can't flunk out....

    Kimberley and I have a pact for 7.5 days AF, starting this afternoon We can use all the encouragement we can get and if anyone would like to join us... come on!

    I'm on Day 5 and wasn't sure if I would go a full 30. But another 7.5, yes, that I can do. And a pact helps. (I don't why I can justify breaking a promise just to myself, but not a promise to someone else.)

      Awesome.. welcome Maisie! Yep, I know what you mean.. it always helped me as well... making a commitment to someone else!

          I'm in. Why 7.5 days? For me, the timing is perfect since I have a doctor's appt on Sept. 3.

                              I know.. but it would make things just so much worse. I'm so behind with everything.. work, money, household, etc. To add AL to the mix would truly be a disaster right now.
