Hello Chicken and Sunshine, thank you for the welcome. I joined this site 2 years ago and was pretty succcessful for a little over a year but have been having a very difficult time lately. Tonight is my first night without alcohol in a while but I need to get my life back in order. I go see my doctor tomorrow and I'm thinking about asking for tomapamax. That seemed to help me last year cut down on my cravings. I plan on making it 7.5 days but I know from experience these first couple of days are rough so I will be posting and reading. In the mean time I'm back on kudzu and the L-glutamine and also listening to the cds.Comment

yes I am happy again..although popping Evening Primrose oil caps to stop the PMT!urgh!
When we found out we should not have more kids,hubby got the 'snip', so I went off the pill.Consequently the monthly medusa has reappeared!!!!!!
But still AF and feeling strong!
Not sure where the rest of the pacters are though? Am thinking they have deserted us maybe?
