        Day 9 for me crew! How are the rest of you going? Where are we in the whole 7.5 challenge? Have we started again or are we still in that one? I'm confused..urghhh!!!

          Good question, Chicken. Counting on my fingers (fortunately at 7.5 don't need toes), my 7.5 days end tomorrow night. But since your on the other side of the hemisphere, not sure if that makes a difference??

            Now I'm just plain uncertain!!!!! Where is Sunni to bring clarity on this?? Anyway, congrats on your 7.5 days tomorrow..well done! I am stoked that this is my Day 9..although had a serious craving today at about 3:30-4pm (which seems to be my witching hour!)This one was about a 7/10 on the craving rictor scale and really challenged me to get through it. Basically I self-talked for a good half-hour and convinced myself to atleast put off having one until I had a diet coke first!!! So far so good, still on the diet coke now and the craving seems to have gone!!Phew *wipes brow*

                      I just learned that Kimberley has her mommy home for a visit at the moment - hence her absence.

                      Well, then, ladies and germs... we officially have to start over counting. Today, Sep 1st is the first day of the 7.5 day pact! And, NOOOOO, that does not mean you guys can drink this afternoon. Sheesh. :H

                        I'm in!

                        I made it AF for 11 days until I blew it last Saturday. I started soberity again on Sunday.

                        I've only been AF for 3 days and with Labor Day weekend coming up, I'm going to need all the support I can get.

                        If I can make it 7.5 days through a holiday, I'll be VERY proud!

                            I hear ya, Win... the weekend will be a bit of a challenge for me as well. We've got the Pier 5 Weekend coming up (always Labour Day) - about 12-15 boats will head to this beautiful cove at a nearby island, anchor for a night or two and there's a HUGE party ashore. AL flowing freely, of course. But I'm determined to stay the course.
