    HI GLAD TO BE ON THIS FORUM. THE MY WAY OUT PROGRAM HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER FOR ME .LITERALLY. I,VE BEEN SOBER NOW FOR 3 MONTHS. DID THE TOPOMAX MEDICATION. WORKED WONDERS FOR ME.
