    4th day sober

    Hiya guys and dolls

    I have been away for a lil while but am back and more determined than ever!!

    Im on day 4 with no drink.. taking plenty o vits and liv.52!!

    Woke up today with a headache and have had a funny head today!! almost like am on a boat if that makes sence???

    Has anyone every had that before!??

    Oh and i think am getting the anxity now aswell!! lol
    ~I hope I didn't brain my damage~:crazymonkey:

      Thanks hun.. ive also cut right down on the smoking.. i used to smoke like a chimley when i drank!!

      Now i think in the past 4 days ive had 4 cigs.. Go me lol

          My only conjecture is that maybe you're experiencing side effects to the Liv 52, although this is totally speculative (I know nothing about it). Conversely, you mention anxiety, which can also create a feeling of lightheadedness. On a positive note, in my own experience the 4-5 day mark is when I start to experience marked improvement after giving up alcohol. I sleep better, my thinking becomes clearer, and I start to feel really relaxed, so all I can offer is be patient, as the rewards of going AF will be with you soon! Good luck.

            Sobriety since October 2008 ( with a few bumps in the road ) - but I am still here, strong and fighting every day for my sobriety!
            And every day is a challenge - But I am WINNING so far!
