I have been on this day so many times...I really want to beat this thing. First time I did 6 months AF and at the being of the year I only got a month in...I really want to do this, I'm kind of afraid, b/c in two weeks hubby and I are going to our first Motorcycle Rally.

my advice to you and me!
that is how i always used to operate.
i'm trying to just deal with one day at a time on a variety of levels.
you can do whatever you decide, but i hear your anxiety. it's hard.
not impossible, but hard so you have to be ready to say no.
