Some people hate Mondays. I really like them! Feels like a fresh start, that is what I am going to do. I am starting with BFYZ's today again.

Good morning back at ya all! I am not a big fan of Mondays myself! But I am here....at work that is. Last day of summer!! :upset: Too bad!
So, yesterday I ran my 5 Kilometer race and I won a gold medal for placing first in my gender/age category. Age category being 40-44. So I was pretty proud on myself.:wd: Never expected to win anything at all.
I hadn't planned on it but I did have some drinks last night as my parents came for supper. I had Club Soda and strawberry vodka. A nice light drink.
I'll be around here all day checking in on my fellow 999ers!

I walked on the treadmill 2 miles this AM and am almost dead! :upset:

Dance, you were right. I found out that a really nice lady from this site lives very close!
i have to run now. AARGH...I have a long overdue (5 yrs) Physical soon today. Boy, I so dislike going to the docs!
