Hey Christy-who are the cat and dog in your picture? Look adorable!
I have a grumpy cat-black & white named Merlin (middle aged) and an ancient dog-black & white named Tara, they look like matching book ends! Problem is my Mum had a black & white cat too called Starbuck and my In-Laws have two black and white dogs..consequently my daughters now believe most animals in the world are black and white....urgh!!!! Try explaining that one!

The dog is my 12 and a half yr old Golden Retriever, Ben, and the cat is my 4yr old Pheobe. That was one of the only times they slept together on his bed......

Mind if I join in? I'm on for Tuesday/Wednesday AF. Will be the first time in a long, long time and no better time than the present. And it first day of fall out here.

Home today with a nasty sinus infection. Couldn't have anything to do with drinking a litre of white wine and cooking until midnight, eh?:hitme: Did get my daughter off to school, if five minute late. I'm going to do some picking up and then a long bath and a nap.

Supps are on the kitchen counter, will pick up some soda for my "witch" hour. Strange craving for Strawberry Crush. Better than Pinot Grigio...

Sinus infections are nasty-have them myself...had to have antibiotics for the last lot I had!Headaches for over a fortnight! yucko!

christy- my cat & dof still chase each other around the back yard on occasion!LOL

Can we make a necklace of pearls? or will it be an anklet or braclet, tiara or pendant ?..(perosnally prefer anklets)!

One day down!
I followed my plan exactly! Exercised, and prepared a nice blackened chicken salad. BF made me mad, but what can you do.

This thread made me want to succeed, because I didn't want to let anyone else or myself down. It would be embarrassing for me if I actually wrote down my goals and then didn't follow through.

Looking forward to my class tonight. Heck maybe I will go tomorrow AF again, shoot maybe even til Friday.

Congratulations to everyone on their success! The 4:00 craving was there again, but I had a bottle of water and now it is just a tiny little whisper I can easily ignore. (Although Strawberry Crush does sound good, mpp.) Today was a frustrating day in a number of ways, but AL won't fix any of it. And I agree, AK, writing it down seems to give me extra motivation to follow through. I wouldn't want to drop that pearl.

I earned my first pearl last night!

Feel like it might have been a bit of cheating since I had a bath (long and hot) and was in bed by 8:00 with the flu, but hey! I've drank when sick before, so I count it as a pearl! Really felt the L-Glut and juice at 4:00 helped me stay on track.

One pearl down, working on another for my other earring:H Strawberry Crush anyone?
