My wish and dream has FINALLY come true!!! I got myself sober, started my life over, my life is fantastic and after 23 months of wishing and wishing for it to happen it FINALLY has... I'M PREGNANT!!!!!!!! YAY!!! 11 weeks today!!! I honestly believed i couldn't fall but i have. My life has become so fantastic since giving up the drink! The possibilities are endless for me now! I'm always surprising myself *lol* I'm even doing a HE course so that i can go to uni next year and study Midwifery, well, maybe not next year now but the year after!!!! I'm happily off the antabuse with no wish at all to drink!!!! YAY!!!

I really do hope everyone on here becomes sober. I know it's hard but together we can do it!

Thanx all. I have a little girl who is about to turn 2 and i totally forgot how horrible it is to be pregnant, the constant pains, the constant worry, sickness ect ect ect. Nearly over the first 3 months so hopefully if all goes well, it'll start to calm down soon!

even if its horrible at the moment, and i know how it can be, hospitalized for sickness, miscarriages, indegestion!!!! still enjoy it, i would give anything to have another one, even thinking of ivf as im too old to have one naturally, i think, still hoping, it s a really good reason to give up the booze as well,
