RJ said it was better if you were awake but I had a really hard time with that. Maybe tank up on coffee and listen during the day. I did it in the dark in bed at night. zzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I have some other hypnosis CDs my therapist made me and he said it was OK if you fell asleep. Sometimes I do, sometimes not, sometimes I wake up when it gets to the "come back to consciousness" part, and I know I was definitely asleep, as opposed to just real relaxed.
