Day 9 and feeling fine!
Thank you so much everyone!! I really appreciate all the support!!! It helps to have pats on the back, especially when most people in my life have no clue what is going on and the few who do are being supportive, but really don't understand.
Lynnie, I initially wanted to be AF forever, but the thought of forever started causing me serious anxiety. I have decided for now to make it three months and then reassess. I quit for a month once before and then tried to moderate and was unsuccessful. I am not trying to kid myself this time but I also still have hope moderation is a possibility. I don't know.... I am blogging about all of this and I find that it is helpful thus far. I am also hoping that writing it out will help me when I have to figure out where I want to go at the end of three months. My blogcite is myjourneytosobriety.blogspot.com. I have no idea if this would be helpful to you, but it sure is helping me! Good luck!!!
Thanks again everyone, you guys are all so great!!
