I haven't been here for a while (soul searching etc), so I thought I would reintroduce myself.
It's great to see so many new people who are trying to do something for themselves (and often others around them).
I'm trying to get myself back on MWO program.
I was going well on ABs for a month or so and then crashed and burned.
Took some time out to try to figure out a bit about myself and now I'm back.
I'm back on the supps. Have decided to bite the bullet and order topa on line. Have had no luck getting a script from DR.
Previously I haven't had topa so have been reading up the posts about it and decided to give it a go.
Anyway, I'm just about to take the dog for a walk (a part of the program the I definately need to do) so I will check later.
