Hi. I joined this site 2 years ago. Then forgot about it. Occasionally thought about it but continued to intentionally forget about it. Anyway, are the hypnotic cd's available in a downloadable format or do I have to wait for the cd's?

    Thanks

BTW, is there a way to change the time limit for this site? I got logged out when I was trying to make my first post and everything I wrote was lost.

As for the CD's, I can't tell you cause I haven't used them, but others will step in I'm sure! A great bunch of people here and such a good vibe in general to be found!

    Welcome back! Stick around,

      Hi onadownhillspiral,

If I'm going to post more than a sentence or two, I always first type it into notepad or word, the copy and paste onto the message I'm sending. That way you never have to worry about timing out.

Good to see you back here, and good luck!!!

I have found that if I get logged off because I have timed out, a window pops open telling me I need to log in to perform the action. When I do, my message does get posted.

        Welcome back!

Dont forget, you can: start late, start over, be unsure, try and fail AND STILL SUCCEED!

If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

          Hi,

          Welcome back!
Stick around & give the program a try, it does work!
The CDs were very helpful, but you have to order them & wait for delivery. I never get timed out on this site so I cannot comment on that.

          Wishing you the best!

Thanks everyone for the welcome. Just this past Sunday I had a day with no alcohol. Figured I'd finally started something. Lasted until Monday afternoon. Still waiting on my free Kudzu for signing up the paid subscription. Probably won't do me any good anyhow. Every morning I wake up thinking this is the day. Then in the afternoon.......

I gotta get my ass in gear somehow. Life has been nothing but a blurr for the past 35 years. I got everything going for me except for the drink, a devoted wife for 30 years, a daughter, house, a job, cars payed off. So why do I drink? Damned if I know. As far as the meds, I can't take those because of work.

Anybody know a good psych (discrete) in the Jacksonville Fl area?
