Sooty, I say rabbit, rabbit, rabbit the first of the month and I can't even remember why. I think it is supposed to bring good luck. When my daughter was in pre-school she came home with that which was about 30 years ago and I have been saying it ever sense.

I ended up having 4 wines last night after all. But I also had 2 pieces of cake (yuck). I don't know what the heck is wrong with me, I figure it is the weather of full moon.

Good morning - I'd like to jump aboard ship - a day late, but better late than never! Middlepathpilgrim - I know exactly what you mean about housework and drinking. I even cleaned my vacuum last night!!! And here I am feeling hungover. It is a beautiful day and I want to go back to bed. Lav - I bet your little monkey was adorable. I had a visit from a pink butterfly over the weekend (7 month old granddaughter). Cutest butterfly I've ever seen!!

I am joining in on the November Navigators AF!! I am on day 7 af today and feeling wonderful! I am finally in the right frame of mind to beat this!!! I feel like the supplements are helping with the cravings too. I haven't even wanted a drink so far. I am taking it one day at a time for sure. Happy Monday to all
