felt good, and then my dad a had stroke so that was my excuse to drink. I get mad at myself bc I was past the worst part and now have to start again. I wasted the whole weekend when i could of spent quality time with my family. I hate this. I had two beers left in the frig and I drank them of course so tomorrow will be Day1 again!
