I read some who were having trouble with chat just had to download java. Its free. It might help you. Not that I'm any techno expert by far.

Hi .. I needed to download a new version of Java , I had trouble too , also had a hell of a time getting into DrinkTracker for 2 months , I finally just changed my name to Emmy S . and it worked !! :H

Wow!!!! Emmy,,,,non smoker of 5 months and non drinker!!!! Congrats!!!That is fantastic....I too want sooo much to be free of alcohol and nicotine....I have more faith that I can stop alcohol since I've done it once in my life for quite a few years...but smoking.....wow.....
