I just not have any. And I order topa from 4rx back Oct 21st still haven't received it so I called today and they guarentee 100% delivery and are reshipping at no cost but I have to wait somemore. I was really hoping it would be here by the first of Nov.

Hi mya - I have an appt with my doc on 8th December - I called ahead and asked his nurse if he would check out this web site and also the topa - she called me back this morning and said that he is willing to discuss it with me! Are you taking any of the supplements? Are you doing the hypnotherapy CD's? I only stumbled on this website a few days ago - can't work out how to post!!! It seems really good - lots of support! Hang in there. Hopefully it will arrive soon.......How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....
