I'm on Day 5 AF, and want to make the 30 days AF again, fell off the wagon last time, so anyone want to join me on this trip?

Hi Bree Im on day 8 and have day 30 marked on my calender!! I am determined to make it to day 30 and so would happily join you in this challenge! We can do this! One day at a time!

Hi Bree, and CMF, I'm starting day 4 AF. First time in 30 years. Each day conquered I tick off on my calender. I too am determined to make it. Are either of you on any supps, meds? So count me in with you two. Heres a little something I read evey day, as often as.

except for 1 thing, I'll pretend the title is lifetime af, otherwise I might have a congratulatory drink on day 31.

Luckily noone else in the family uses my work pc so they don't see AF written on there.

Thanks for joining me on the journey. Day 7 for me, things going ok.
I have a dinner party at friends house tonight,:argh: so heres hoping I stay strong.
I plan to drive so that will be a big incentive not to drink AL.

Ok, back to Day 1 AF.
Went to dinner party, had a great night, but got stuck into the wine:argh:
Anyway back to business today and yesterday. I have had a serious talk (another one)
with myself, and I'm determined to kick this.
