Have just ordered the 4 CDs plus the social drinking one. Ordered the L-Glutamine aswell as the Starter Booster Pack which has all the stuff that the PDF recommends. Will start with a 4 week abstinence in January and take the supplements as recommended. I then intend to start drinking moderately....i am a binger by nature so lets see whether this thing actually works. Must say, I was pretty impressed by the PDF. Sh*t loads of research in last few months and this has been the most inspiring.

Also need to go see my doc and get the topa sorted out. Sound like I am folowing things in the right way?

Will follow this to the tee and then wait and see....
