Update

I just wanted to post an update, since before Christmas, I feel like I have been doing extreemly well, I have been able to have A glass of wine (Two at the very most ) with supper. I think the new year is a great time to go AF, and am going to try it, it feels wonderful to wake up clear headed, and the desire really isn't there.
I love the idea of telling the monster what he really is, I'm gonna work on that .
