    Cutting down

    I really wanted to stop completely during the week but was feeling so bad with anxiety and in such a foul mood I decided to cut down from last Monday. I have been having 3 small glasses of wine a night instead of 1 - 2 bottles and stopping drinking by 8:00 and having cranberry and soda and herbal teas. It seems to be making me feel a lot better the next day, less anxiety, less cravings etc but I still want to stop completely during the week. I intend to cut down more tonight to two small glasses but the biggest problem Im having is sleeping! I am having horrififc dreams waking every 30 mins, sweating and sometimes im not sure if im asleep or awake!!!! Its pretty scary!!! anyone else out there with the same problem????
