    Hi everybody!

    :new:
I need help! Should I read the book first? Or, do I start with the book and the CD's at the same time? What about the medication? Appreciate your answers

      Hi everybody!

Hello Melissa and welcome. Personally I started out by cutting back my intake and reading the book in one sitting. I then went alcohol free for 90 days with the brilliant help, advice and support I received from the members here. Well done on taking the first important step.
