Yesterday, I kept an appointment to see a new doctor (talk about drinking problem AGAIN).

I found the doctor a little cocky, but I liked him and listened to his advice. He kinda gave me a little "tough love" but I think I might have needed it.

He also said this interesting thing. He said, "you know, I am in awe of the alcoholic. The majority of alcoholics are superior in intelligence than the average person. They just have trouble connecting their addicted brain to their creative brain."

Huh??? Well, I was flattered. Maybe hes right.

Congratulations to your doctor... But i feel that he's so emphatic...or sarcastic.. very much..
I'm reading just now book of Hunter S. Thompson "The Rum Diary" ... He was alcoholic too..Actually American...
