        Believe me.. I too have felt the shame and guilt you are describing.. I think most of us here have! I joined just 4 days ago.. you are amongst friends here.. just take one day at a time.. being AF will make you feel better so you can leave those feelings of remorse behind! that's what I am trying to do.. we have to forgive ourselves for our past mistakes, learn from them.. you can change your future if you learn from the past.. x
