I think it's high time we revive this thread - it was my daily saviour for so long and now it's hardly ever here!
And ODAT is such an important point we all try to remember in this journey.
How is everyone doing? I am on day 16 - starting to feel better, starting to sleep better - now it's just habit. I know it will get to a point where I don't think about AL but the bastard is still consuming my thoughts daily.
Been watching the Olympics when I'm not crazy at work - which on that note, I have to go to!
