    Trying Again

    Hi All,
I am pretty new to this site, but not new to attempting to quit. This is day 1 for me again. I have been to the doctor for help and she's very understanding, so I know that one of these tries will actually "stick". I currently take Celexa, Campral, and Ativan as needed. I managed to string together 40+ days, but then stupidly blew it. So here I am again, I'll never quit quitting!
:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:

Believe in yourself. You are stronger than you think.

            Hi K9,

Welcome to MWO, this is a good place!
Have you read the book yet? It's full of good info about the program, you can download it from the Health Store for about $12.

Good that you have your Doc's support but you still need to make a good plan for yourself. Take a look in the Tool box for good ideas for your plan.

Please feel free to stop in the Newbies Nest thread for support - lots of folks there just getting started too

Wishing you the best on your journey!

              I love

that dog face. Dogs are so sensitive and loving! It looks like he's looking up at you saying 'Please don't drink' ~~ and if you do ~~ 'Please don't drink'
